Te Mata Figs was established in 2007 in Hawke's Bay. They have a passion for growing amazing figs in the warm, Mediterranean climate of Hawke's Bay. The figs are processed at their 'Figgery' near Havelock North.
Materials: Balsamic vinegar, onion (29%), fig (24%), brown sugar, thyme

Care: Store in fridge once opened and consume within 6-8 weeks.
