Te Mata Figs was established in 2007 in Hawke's Bay. They have a passion for growing amazing figs in the warm, Mediterranean climate of Hawke's Bay. The figs are processed at their 'Figgery' near Havelock North.
Materials: Figs (75%), sugar, lemon juice, ascorbic acid (vitamin C)

Care: Shelf life 12 months. Store in the fridge once opened and consume within 3-4 weeks.
