The Fig Vincotto won a silver award at the Outstanding Food Producer Awards in 2020. Rich, dark with an intense fig flavour and aroma. It adds a richness as a dressing to salads, vegetables and shellfish, especially oysters.
The Caramelised Fig Balsamic perfectly combines the delicate honey-like flavour of the figs with smoky mellow and tart balsamic.

Te Mata Figs was established in 2007 in Hawke's Bay. They have a passion for growing amazing figs in the warm, Mediterranean climate of Hawke's Bay. The figs are processed at their 'Figgery' near Havelock North.
