The Apricots are grown in Cromwell (stone fruit capital of the South) and blended with ginger and orange.

This versatile sauce can be enjoyed with blue cheese & fresh mint on cracker, glaze BBQ pork chops, pour over crispy chicken wings or use as a condiment for roasted duck.
